Basecamp – Guests: City Councilman Eric Ulrich & Matt Butler
“The return on investment (ROI) for the original GI bill after WW2 was 7:1. The post 9/11 G.I. bill opens the door in a unique way much in the same way it did for veterans coming back from WW2. There has been 71 billion dollars spent on veterans in higher education so the ROI is better than 7:1. Employers will want to hire veterans because of their unique skills, honesty, integrity, dependability and the fact they can take on a much greater responsibility coupled that with high class education from NYC the sky is the limit for them, the community and for the country.”
