It was an honor speaking on behalf of the United War Veterans Council, Inc. and representing the NYC Veterans Community at a plaque unveiling in honor of the USS San Diego in Time Square this afternoon. Among the other speakers were the U.S Navy Chief of Staff Commander of Mid -Atlantic Region, leaders from the WWI Centennial Commission.
